COPPERTIST.WU – Inspired By Nature [Product Review]

Respecting and protecting wildlife all over the world is one of my favorite efforts that a brand could support, so I am very happy to be able to review a brand that helps people to do just that. Coppertist.Wu sells novelty items, pendants, keychains, accessories and more, all with a nature theme. Gorgeous products displaying chameleons, rattlesnakes, various insects, ravens, hermit crabs, seahorses, and so much more are created with either brass, copper, silver, or gold.
“Our mission has always been to showcase the beauty of wildlife through our unique art. We firmly believe that by raising awareness of these various creatures, society will take notice and treat them with more respect. That respect could lead to greater protection of our remaining wildlife and a more harmonious union between man and nature.“
It is incredibly important that we recognize the effect that humans have on the planet and the animals that live on it. So, supporting businesses that are ecofriendly and strive to protect and restore our environment is an incredible thing to do.
“When we realized the extent of the issue we knew we had to help in some way. The implications of humanity failing our planet and letting this wide-spread extinction event continue were almost to horrible to picture. But what can be done? In order to truly help the situation, awareness needed to be raised about these amazing animals. People need to know them to care about, respect, and protect them. That’s why our products feature many of these endangered species. We’ve always designed our products with sustainability in mind. We use safe metals, power saving techniques with our machinery, and minimal packaging to keep our carbon footprint low.“

Brass Chameleon Tape Measure
This adorable little chameleon is probably hands down the cutest thing I have ever seen, honestly. I am absolutely in love with his little face and the tape measure tongue!
These pieces are incredibly detailed and they look absolutely gorgeous in the brass material that I received. It seriously looks like a lot of time and dedication has gone into creating this little guy and making sure he was anatomically correct.
They also each have cute little sayings on the key ring! The chameleon’s says, “Have a funny time” and I feel like that is so fitting for a chameleon.
This tape measure’s length is also six feet long, so you could use it to measure the length of your reptiles when you are tracking their growth. (That’s probably what I’ll use it for the most until I move homes!)
It seems kind of silly to have a chameleon tape measure, I’m sure. But it could definitely have practical use and it is the most adorable tape measure to probably exist… right?

It was laborious work, we almost gave up a few times, but we pushed through and brought you this finished product.”
Brass Beetle Bottle Opener
I wanna start this one off by saying that I am actually amazed at how detailed the rattlesnake’s tiny little head and scales are. I mean, even the nostrils are there and the detail of the scales under the head.
“The rattlesnake is one of the most venomous snakes in the United States. It has rattles at the end of its body and will quickly swing its tail ring at the first sign of threat, which can swing 40 to 60 times per second, making a chilling sound.“
I think this one has got to be my favorite since I’ll use it every single day when I attach it to my lanyard. I would also like to mention that all of these products are very durable and I see them lasting an incredibly long time.
“We designed this keychain following the model of a rattlesnake. The main body of this piece is made of brass. The head and scales were poured with countless hours of effort by the artisans in order to show the exquisite details of the craftsmanship to the fullest extent.“
If you have a snake of your own, even if it’s not one of the most venomous in the world, I highly recommend grabbing yourself one of these super gorgeous keychains.
